Olecanthal is a natural polyphenolic anti-inflammatory agent found only in Virgin Olive Oil*.

HISTORY
The discovery of the Oleocanthal was published in 2005 by Dr. Gary Beauchamp, director of the MONELL center in Philadelphia, United States and his team of researchers.
